In December of 1997, PANic All-Stars, an ensemble made up of a combined group of musicians from Long Beach Poly High School and North Torrance High School, performed an epic 3-hour concert with steelpan legend, Dr. Len "Boogsie" Sharpe, which also featured a jazz quartet segment. This is the final piece, a back-to-back performance of Sharpe's classic Panorama arrangements of "Woman is Boss" and "Fire Down Below", the latter of which took Sharpe by surprise. Watch out for Sharpe's shocked expression at the 9:23 mark when the band transitions into the second piece.
